Tortilis Africa will be run as a division of The Nature Workshop (Major Shareholder of Tortilis Africa). It has three separate Management responsibilities, which are follows:

The Management of Tortilis Africa Investments ~ The Nature Workshop. The Management of Tortilis Africa Leisure ~ The Nature Workshop. The sales, marketing and management of all Investment lodges that are controlled by Tortilis Africa Investments and other lodges within the Tortilis Africa Investments portfolio that require some or all of their services ~ TNW Lodges.

Tortilis Africa Investments will be managed by a dedicated team of people within The Nature Workshop.

For wholly-owned Investment lodges and where required by the other Investment and Participating lodges, TNW Lodges will enter into management, marketing, sales and reservations agreements with these lodges, whereby TNW Lodges will manage, market and perform all the sales and reservations functions for the lodge.

Where Participating and Investment lodges do not require management, marketing and reservation services from TNW Lodges, an agreement will be entered into with the relevant lodge on the basis that service levels and ethos is maintained at levels specified by Tortilis Africa Investments. The agreements will allow for TNW Lodges to monitor the service and ethos levels for Tortilis Africa Leisure.
