| Buffalo Hills is a private game reserve within the Knysna/Plettenberg
Bay area of South Africa’s Garden Route. Located up the Bitou River
valley the lodge is 15 minutes drive from Plettenberg Bay and 25 minutes
from Knysna. With the area offering more than its fair share of
activities Buffalo Hills offers a unique experience to its clients. The
lodge has 2 camps in Buffalo Hills Lodge and Nyati Tented Safari Camp. |
| Buffalo Hills Lodge accommodates 14 guests in a combination of
en-suite rooms, en-suite tented suites and an Historic Stone Cottage. |
| Nyati Tented Safari Camp is located overlooking the Bitou River and
accommodates 18 guests. The development of Buffalo Hills as a wildlife
reserve has matured with many species flourishing within the reserve. |
| The lodge’s close proximity to Plettenberg Bay, offers guests
some of South Africa's best whale and dolphin viewing
excursions, visits to Monkeyland, the Tsitsikamma Forests,
Natures Valley wonderful beaches and a host of adventure
activities. |
