| A membership is purchased, for which
the Member will receive a package of points for consumption
across any of the Participating lodges within the Tortilis
Africa Leisure Portfolio. The features of a standard Membership
will be: |

- Valid for a period of 3 years.
- As per the
Tortilis Africa Leisure Portfolio Points
Schedule, each bed-night booked will have a ‘points’ value
at the relevant lodge. Points will be redeemed on
consumption of the bed-night. The number of bed-nights is
dependent on the value of the membership package purchased
i.e. R30k; R60k; R90k and R120k OR based on the number of
‘points’ redeemed.
- No annual dues or levies will be charged.
- Memberships are transferable.
- Membership can be terminated by the Member during the
period subject to certain terms and conditions and on a
resignation ratio of one in, one out.
- Members get access to the bed-nights on a ‘first come
first serve basis’, subject to availability as per standard
industry booking procedures. Any further restrictions are
highlighted on the
Tortilis Africa Leisure Portfolio Points Schedule.
- Tortilis Africa offers Members flexibility as to how, when
and where they travel.
- The portfolio includes a choice of select and diverse
boutique lodges and hotels as well as nature-based safari
experiences across some of Southern Africa’s premier
wilderness areas from which Members can choose to spend
their leisure time.
- Each destination offers a fully catered, experiential
product and offers the highest quality lodge and / or nature-
based experience (unless specified otherwise).

Schedule.
